Tim Kebersihan Apartemen LA Hub atau disebut juga dengan Tim K3 adalah Tim yang disediakan oleh pengelola apartement untuk menjaga kebersihan di Apartemen serta sekitaran apartemen yang dinaungi oleh yayasa Fiesta, dimana mereka bekerja dengan tekun dan sepenuh hati menjaga kebersihan dan keamanan sekitar apartement. Untuk kenyamanan seluruh penghuni yang ada di apartemen. Tim ini yang berisi lebih dari 5 orang dan memiliki 2 shift di pagi ada dari jam 08.00 - 16.00 dan malam 14.00 - 22.00 memiliki jam kerja yaitu 8 jam setiap shift nya akan bekerja dengan tekun. akhirnya penghuni dapat nyaman tinggal di apartemen ini berkat kerja tekun dan luarbiasa dari mereka, meskipun terkadang banyak cacimaki dari beberapa penghuni namun mereka tetap bekerja dengan tekun dan sepenuh hati mereka tetap melayani penghuni apartemen.

My experience of PBLL is a good experience because with a learning with PBLL I can learn about my speaking, writing, and make a some business and plan about my business, on first semester I don't know what this lesson will be like and where my lecturer will take it, but when I go to second semester, I understand what will happen after studying all the material in semester 1, so I can bring material on first semester to second semester when I build plan of my business and my skill on second semester will better when I first semester, and when I first meet with my lecture I not have good view because he was very unclear in giving the material , and it is not clear to provide material even though the material is in class or online
